For the true collectors, these are the best that the general market can offer: limited releases of special items by Disney. They're very hard to find, and even harder to resist!

Collector's Edition Nosedive with Golden Duckcycle

This special edition action figure and vehicle pack was exclusive to K-Mart retail stores. The set featured an open box display of a repainted second series Nosedive action figure, as well as a duckcycle with a golden hood. The figure comes with all associated accessories, and the cycle is capable of the same things as a normal duckcycle.

Collector's Edition Wildwing with Blade Raider

Sold only in Kay-Bee toy stores, this set features a repainted fourth series Wildwing, along with a vehicle called the Blade Raider. This is most like the Luge vehicle from the series, except the pilot doesn't have to lie down. It is still a very nice-looking vehicle. The repainted Wildwing also comes with all of the accessories of his normal fourth series figure. The picture on the right shows the figure and vehicle in the lower left corner.

Notes: You'll be very hard pressed to find these collector's sets in any condition. They have vanished from store shelves long ago. The only place to find them now is online in auctions, and then you should expect the sets to be damaged or missing parts. It'll take patience and a sharp eye to find them now.
